Welcome to our online Utility Billing Payments website. For either of the three options below, you’ll need your utility account number from a previous utility bill. It will be in the format N-NNNNN-NN. And you’ll need the dollar value of your last payment in the format XX.XX with no dollar symbol.

Quick Pay users: Enter your utility account number and the dollar value of your last payment to pay your bill.

To Register: You’ll be asked to provide your name and email address and to enter and verify a password. The system will then send you an email in which you’ll need to enter your email address and newly created password. And then you’ll need to enter your utility account number and the dollar value of your last payment. During future visits to the website, you’ll be able to log in or use the Quick Pay option.

Also Available: Pay by phone—Dial 866-285-1232—Have your account number available. Pay by phone is free to use.

DECLINED PAYMENTS: If your payment was declined, please ensure the zip code you entered only has five digits and your card is not expired.
